OMG. This coach can really recruit but be aware that what is being offered might not be what you get. You might not play or travel. You won’t know this until you’ve already committed and reported. You won’t even know it during or after scrimmages. You won’t find out until you’re getting ready to play your first away game. This coach loves private meetings but you’re never have one to discuss how well or how poorly you’ve been performing. It’s just, bam, you’re not traveling or you’re on the travel roster. She never mentions during recruiting that there is a none travel roster and how she makes that determination. Then as time goes on, you realize that their is a culture on the team the favorites and none favorites. It’s terrible especially when it has nothing to do with skill or talent.

Gabrielle Houston is not a fair and honest coach, she’s a bully. If you’re not her favorite, she will make your life miserable. It doesn’t matter how good you are, she will ignore you, dismiss you and make you look like a terrible player using stats. She is obsessed with stats and making her favorite players look exceptional. If you are better than one of them and you showcase it whenever you get on the court, rest assured that she will not play you again until there is so much space between the numbers that you can’t catch up. She does real life stats as she sitting there during matches and make plays according to where her favorite players numbers are going up. Even when they are not playing well. They will remain on the court and then she’ll have a secret meeting with a non starter and say awful things to you and blame you. She fills her favorites with confidence and best you down trying to take away every ounce of confidence you have. She plays with your emotions and you have no control because she has authority over you. You never know what she’s going to do or say when traveling. She will punish and humiliate you and smirk the entire time. It’s a lose lose situation.
